CHEMEON TCP-NP* (Hex Free)

It can be used in conversion coating and anodizing seal applications and provides superior corrosion and paint adhesion characteristics. One of the unique characteristics, which separate it from other competing brands, is the fact that typical pre-treatment chemistries (deoxidizers and etchants) are not used in this process. Elimination of the two process tanks speeds overall processing time, provides substantial chemical and labor savings, and reduces the final waste stream. CHEMEON TCP-NP is a proprietary chemistry developed by Pratt and Whitney Aircraft®, one of the world’s leaders in the manufacturing of civil and military aircraft engines and as such, this technologically advanced product was tested against the most rigorous standards used in high performance chromate conversion for aerospace applications.

It is simple additive to the CHEMEON TCP-HF, CHEMEON TCP-HF EPA, CHEMEON TCP-NP processing tanks. CC-600 leaves an easily identifiable blue color to the finished part, ensuring those in quality control that the environmentally friendly and ROHS compliant chemical CHEMEON TCP-HF or TCP-NP was applied to their parts. CC-600 is not a performance additive; it simply provides a recognizable color.

CHEMEON 0CP 6800*

It is non-chromium chemical conversion coating for aluminum alloys, magnesium and zinc alloys, as well as a sealer for anodized aluminum. It produces a protective coating on metal, which minimizes corrosion as well as improves adhesive bonding capabilities of the surface.
